Union Minister Amit Shah and JP Nadda visit Chhattisgarh

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is going to visit Chhattisgarh once again. He will reach Jagdalpur on December 13 and play the role of chief guest in the closing ceremony of Bastar Olympics. On this day the state government will also celebrate completion of two years.

According to government sources, this visit of Union Home Minister Shah is also considered politically important. On December 13, the government will present the report of its two years of work before the public and senior cabinet members including the Chief Minister will participate in programs organized across the state. In this sequence, a formal ceremony of two years of the government will be organized on 22 December. BJP National President and Union Minister JP Nadda is confirmed to attend this programme. They will assess the ongoing schemes and achievements in the state.

Bastar Olympics, a major event promoting regional sports and folk culture, is giving platform to thousands of participants this year. Division level competitions will be organized in Jagdalpur from December 11, in which about three and a half thousand players are expected to participate. Home Minister Amit Shah will honor the winners. It is noteworthy that he had participated in this event last year also.
