Ashnoor Kaur who recently exited the Bigg Boss 19 house after a rule-violation incident during a task has spoken up openly for the first time about what truly hurt her inside the show. After coming out of the house she addressed the body-shaming remark made by Tanya Mittal a comment she says triggered a part of her life she never wanted to revisit. What did Ashnoor Kaur say on Tanya Mittals remark? In a recent interview Ashnoor opened up about how deeply the body-shaming comment affected her emotionally. For the first time publicly she revisited how painful her teenage years had been especially because she was constantly in front of the camera. Ashnoor said “I’m still getting goosebumps talking about it. That was a very dark phase in my life. As teenagers obviously you’re conscious of your body. Ashnoor continued Plus I was on screen going in front of the camera. It was a very tough time for me but then I healed. I started loving myself. But that incident I don’t know what happened. It just all got triggered. And it was really bad.” According to her Tanya’s remark didn’t just hurt her personally it hurt countless viewers who might be dealing with the same insecurities. She further said “The reason I spoke about my journey was because she made thousands of people feel bad about themselves. So I just wanted them to know that you’re not alone. You know body positivity needs to be talked about.
