Insead has secured the top position in the Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking 2025, placing ahead of leading institutions in the UK. According to the FT report, the business schools evaluation is done across 100 institutions along five programme categories.
Insead, which operates campuses in France, Singapore and the UAE, leads the table with strong scores across MBA, EMBA, MiM and executive education. The ranking shows that UK institutions, including London Business School and Oxford Saïd, remain in the top tier but fall behind the overall performance achieved by Insead.
The annual FT ranking combines data from MBA, Executive MBA, Masters in Management and executive education programmes. The methodology measures salary outcomes, international mobility, diversity and research strength. According to the FT, “Some 152 points separate the top programme, at Insead, from the school ranked 100.”
HEC Paris and London Business School follow Insead in second and third place. ESCP Business School and IESE Business School complete the top five. According to FT, schools in tiers I and II score above the cohort average, reflecting wider gaps at the top of the list.
