This bar is rich in fiber, protein, vitamins and healthy fats, which gives instant energy to the body. Muesli Bar is a tasty and healthy snack for kids tiffin, gym goers, dieters and travelling, the best part is that it is very easy to make at home and you can also add your favorite flavors to it.

Muesli Bar Recipe

Material

  • 2 cups muesli
  • 1 cup oats (optional)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3–4 tsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios)
  • ¼ cup raisins or chopped dates
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

Muesli Bar Recipe

  • Prepare dry mix; in a bowl MuesliAdd oats, dry fruits, raisins and sesame seeds and mix well.
  • Prepare binding mix; Add honey and peanut butter in a non-stick pan, heat on low flame for 2 minutes till it melts and becomes smooth, you can also add vanilla essence if desired.
  • Stir the mix; Now add this hot mixture to the dry mix and immediately mix well so that all the ingredients are coated.
  • Let set; Spread butter paper on a tray or plate and spread the mixture and press it to uniform thickness, apply light pressure on top with a spoon or hand so that it becomes tight.
  • Cut and serve; Keep it in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, when set, cut into rectangular or square bar shapes.
