Ingredients for Guava Chutney:
3 big size raw guavas, 3-4 green chillies, half cup green coriander, piece of ginger, one teaspoon lemon juice, half teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon cumin powder, half teaspoon black pepper powder, a pinch of asafoetida, half teaspoon black salt, add water as required.
How to make guava chutney?
Step 1: To make guava chutney, first take 3 big sized raw guavas. Wash them thoroughly with water and wipe them with cotton cloth.
Step 2: Now, cut all the guavas in half and remove the seed part. Now cut the guava into small pieces.
Third Step: In the next step, clean the coriander leaves and green chillies and wash them thoroughly with water.
Step 4: Now, add chopped guava pieces, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger piece, half teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon cumin powder, half teaspoon black pepper powder, a pinch of asafoetida, half teaspoon black salt and grind very finely in a mixer jar. (And for better taste, if you want, you can also use a sealer instead of a mixer)
Step Five: Now, take out the chutney in a large bowl and add one teaspoon lemon juice to it and mix well. Guava chutney is ready. Now enjoy it with roti or rice.
