SBI Vacancy 2025: The State Bank of India (SBI) officially released the SBI Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) Recruitment 2025 notification on December 2, 2025. This recruitment process includes 996 vacancies for the positions of VP Wealth (SRM), AVP Wealth (RM), and Customer Relationship Executive.

Interested candidates can apply online through the official SBI website from December 2 to December 23, 2025.

A total of 996 positions will be filled under this recruitment process, including 506 positions for VP Wealth (SRM), 206 positions for AVP Wealth (RM), and 284 positions for Customer Relationship Executive.

Who can apply?
VP Wealth (SRM): This position requires a graduate from a recognized university. An MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) and a NISM/CFP/CFA certification are preferred. Additionally, 6 years of marketing and sales experience at a leading bank, wealth management firm, or AMC are required.

AVP Wealth (RM): This position also requires a graduate degree. Preference will be given to those with a postgraduate degree in finance, marketing, or banking and a NISM/CFP/CFA certification. Additionally, 3-4 years of sales experience at a bank or wealth management firm is required.

Customer Relationship Executive: For this position, candidates must be graduates and have a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through several stages. Shortlisting will be conducted, but simply meeting the minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee an interview call. The bank's shortlisting committee will decide who advances. Selected candidates will then be called for a personal, telephonic, or video interview (for 100 marks).

CTC discussions will be held separately with candidates selected in the interview. Finally, the merit list will be prepared based solely on the interview scores.

Application Fee
The application fee for this recruitment varies according to the applicant's category. SC/ST/PWBD candidates are charged zero, while General/OBC/EWS candidates must pay ₹750 online. Once submitted, the fee cannot be withdrawn or used for any other recruitment.
