What materials are needed:
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1/4 cup sev (salted)
- 1 boiled potato (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup tomato (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cucumber (chopped)
- 2-3 spoons green chutney (mint and coriander chutney)
- 2-3 spoons sweet chutney (tamarind or date chutney)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt as per taste
- 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Learn how to make Bhelpuri
- To make Bhelpuri, first wash and clean all the vegetables thoroughly and then cut them and prepare them.
- Now take out the puffed rice in a bowl and keep the chutney aside.
- Now put puffed rice in a big bowl.
- Add boiled potatoes, onion, tomato and cucumber to it. Now add green chutney, sweet chutney, lemon juice, salt and chaat masala.
- Lastly add sev and slowly mix all the ingredients well.
- Let us tell you to serve Bhelpuri immediately. Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
