BDL Management Trainee Recruitment: Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released the official notification for the Management Trainee Recruitment. Through this recruitment drive, BDL will fill a total of 80 Management Trainee positions in various engineering and management disciplines. Who can apply?
Candidates' age is set between 27 and 32 years as of November 25, 2025, and varies depending on the category. The maximum age limit is 27 years for the Unreserved/EWS category, 30 years for OBC (NCL), and 32 years for SC/ST candidates.
Educational qualifications vary for different positions. Engineering requires a first-class B.Tech/B.E. in the relevant discipline, Finance requires a CA/ICWA or first-class MBA (Finance), and Human Resources requires a first-class MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resources.
The minimum marks criteria require 60% for UR, OBC, and EWS candidates, and 55% for SC/ST.
Application Fee
The application fee for the BDL Management Trainee 2025 is determined by category. The application fee for UR, EWS, and OBC (NCL) category candidates is ₹500, while SC, ST, PwBD, and ex-servicemen will be exempt.
Pay Scale
Selected management trainees will be appointed in the pay scale of ₹40,000-₹1,40,000 (Grade II). During the training period, they will receive a basic pay of ₹40,000, 51.8% dearness allowance (as of 25.11.2025), admissible HRA, and 20% of the basic pay as allowances and benefits.
