CBSE DRQ 2026 Vacancy: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the official notification for the Direct Recruitment Quota Examination 2026 (DRQ 2026) on December 2, 2025. This recruitment drive will fill 124 Group A, B, and C positions, including Assistant Secretary, Assistant Professor, Accounts Officer, Superintendent, Junior Translation Officer, Junior Accountant, and Junior Assistant. Interested candidates can apply online through the official CBSE website from December 2, 2025, to December 22, 2025.

Eligibility Required for Application
A bachelor's degree in any subject is required for the Assistant Secretary position, while a master's degree with 55% marks is required for the Assistant Professor position.
An Accounting Officer requires a bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, or finance, or a CA/ICWA/MBA.
A bachelor's degree with computer knowledge is required for the Superintendent position.
A junior translation officer requires a master's degree in Hindi or English with a translation diploma or experience.
A junior accountant requires a 12th-grade degree with accountancy or commerce, and typing speed.
For the position of Junior Assistant, a 12th pass and typing speed are required.
Only candidates with these qualifications can apply for the DRQ 2026 recruitment.
Candidates must be within the prescribed maximum age limit. The maximum age for Assistant Secretary and Accounts Officer is 35 years. The maximum age for Assistant Professor, Superintendent, and Junior Translation Officer is 30 years. The maximum age for Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant is 27 years.
