According to the data of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality index was recorded at 318 in Akshardham area on Thursday morning. The air quality index around Rao Tula Ram Marg in Delhi was recorded at 344 on Thursday morning. During this time, fog was seen in the sky. Delhi government formed task force

Meanwhile, the Rekha government of Delhi has constituted a panel to curb pollution in the national capital. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has ordered all government departments to work on a war footing to provide relief to people from poisonous air. Government ministers, senior officials, experts and environmental scientists will work together to suggest solutions amid rising pollution levels in the national capital.
