Every year Datta Jayanti is celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm. Datta Jayanti is celebrated on the Margashirsha Purnima in the Hindu Panchaga. This day is considered very auspicious. On Datta Jayanti, offerings of different foods are made at home. The essential ingredient in it is Sunthavada. A nutritious dish made using suntha and other ingredients is made as an offering to God. Materials:

  • Circumcision powder
  • nuts
  • Almonds
  • Cardamom powder
  • Kharik powder
  • Poppy
  • Nutmeg powder
  • granulated sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • Grated coconut

Action:

  • To make Sunthavada in the traditional way, first of all, take Sunthava in a mixer bowl and make a fine powder.
  • Roast the dry fruits in a kadai until they turn red. Due to this, Sunthavada tastes beautiful.
  • In a large bowl, add the prepared Sunthavada powder, powdered sugar, kharik powder, cardamom powder, grated coconut and nutmeg powder and mix.
  • Then add raisins to it. Raisins make Sunthavada sweet.
  • An easy recipe is ready. This dish is ready in 10 minutes.
