AI startup CoreOps.AI has raised $3.5 Mn (about INR 31 Cr) in its pre-Series A round led by Siana Capital Management, with participation from Kettleborough VC, Aroa Venture Partners and a group of HNI investors.
The fresh capital will be used to expand engineering capacity, strengthen its AI platform stack and scale global delivery of its enterprise modernisation products.
Founded in 2024 by Rajesh Janey, Ankur Sharma, Rajnish Gupta and Rajiv Srivastava, CoreOps.AI is an AI startup that helps enterprises modernise legacy systems, unify data, automate workflows, and deploy AI agents to enhance overall efficiency.
Its services include enterprise AI consulting, custom AI model development, generative-AI solutions, workflow automation, and full lifecycle support — enabling companies to integrate AI deeply into operations without replacing their core infrastructure.
Its product stack includes the following AI-based offerings-
- AgentCORE: For deploying AI agents across ERP/CRM and other enterprise systems.
- CORESight: To enable real-time analytics and decision support.
- DataCORE: To help organisations better integrate their data on a single platform post cleansing.
“This investment enables us to accelerate our mission of building the enterprise AI operating system – helping organisations modernise 2X faster, reduce operational costs by up to 25% and unlock autonomous intelligence across business functions,” CEO Srivastava said.
The fundraise comes at a time when enterprises are accelerating AI adoption but face bottlenecks with legacy systems, fragmented data environments and long modernisation cycles.
CoreOps.AI intends to address this gap as it competes with global enterprise AI infrastructure providers like UiPath, ServiceNow, Automation Anywhere, Dynatrace and domestic players like CoreOps.AI, Gnani AI, KOGO, Sarvam AI, and thriwin.io focused on agentic AI and process automation.
The startup operates in a fast-growing enterprise AI market, which is projected to touch $155 Bn by 2030.
At the heart of this rapid expansion lies India’s rapidly expanding GenAI ecosystem, projected to become a $17 Bn opportunity by 2030. Moreover, investor confidence in the sector is evident from the over $1.6 Bn raised by AI-native startups between 2022 and Q3 2025.
