Breetzke walked in when South Africa were 127/2 following the dismissal of Temba Bavuma.
He joined Aiden Markram in the middle, and the two added 70 runs for the 3rd wicket.
After Markram perished for 110, Dewald Brevis walked in and added 92 runs with Breetzke.
Brevis departed in the 41st over before Breetzke also got out in the 44th over to Prasidh Krishna.
