Dr. Gupta says that if a patient comes in the third or fourth stage, then surgery may have to be done. This is because the lump becomes bigger and the patient keeps bleeding and the pain also becomes severe. In such cases surgery has to be done. For this, stapler hemorrhoidectomy and laser surgery are done.
