A brand new psychological thriller featuring a Squid Game star has been hailed as essential viewing by fans who are devouring the entire series.
The Price of Confession dropped on Netflix today (December 5), chronicling the tale of a woman, Yun-su, who stands accused of killing her husband, alongside a mysterious woman and their "many secrets".
Stretching across 12 episodes, the Korean mystery thriller has already gripped viewers as Netflix reveals: "In this tense thriller, Jeon Do-yeon ("Kill Boksoon") plays an art teacher accused of murder, who finds an unexpected ally with a sinister proposal."
The fresh series stars Squid Game actor, player 218, Park Hae-soo (as Baek Dong-hun), who featured in the inaugural season of the Korean sensation. His performance earned him a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
Viewers might also recognise Kim Go-eun (Exhuma) as Mo-eun alongside Jeon Do-yeon (The Housemaid), who assumes the role of An Yun-su. Crafted by Kwon Jong-kwan and Lee Jung-hyo (also renowned for Crash Landing on You), the programme has already achieved tremendous acclaim, reports the Mirror.
