UP News: Yogi government is continuously implementing new schemes for the development of Uttar Pradesh. Due to which development works in the state are getting momentum and people are also getting employment. Meanwhile, Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has approved the DPR of seven new townships in the city. This township will be constructed on 385 acres. This township will be built by private developers. Due to which investment of Rs 10 thousand crore will come in Lucknow. Which will speed up the development of the capital. Besides, a large number of people will also get employment.

Township will be constructed in these areas

Let us tell you that under UP Township Policy-2023, seven new townships are to be constructed in Mohanlalganj and Sarojininagar areas of Lucknow. For which licenses were given to private developers. These include M/s Durga Greens Infratech, M/s Baba Infra Developers, M/s Avichal Infra Build, M/s Smap Builders and Developers, M/s Omaxe Limited and M/s Nilendra Constructions. These developers also acquired ownership of more than 60 percent of the land in the area proposed for the township. For which the land use proposals have also been examined by the committee as per the prescribed standards. On Friday, LDA approved the DPR of these seven townships.

Lucknow Metro notified as special amenity project

Along with this, LDA has notified Lucknow Metro as a special amenity project. For which UP Metro Rail Corporation had requested. Due to which special amenity charges will be levied on the maps of buildings being constructed on the metro route. The money received from this will help in the development of metro.

They will get discount in buying flat

Along with this, the dependents of the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the safety and honor of the country will be given special relaxation in purchasing flats in these townships. On the instructions of CM Yogi, the LDA Board has approved this proposal of social concern. Under which, 7.5 percent discount will be given to the soldiers awarded with Param Vir Chakra and Ashok Chakra, while five percent discount will be given to the families of the brave soldiers who received Mahavir Chakra and Kirti Chakra.

Whereas the dependents of Vir Chakra and Shaurya Chakra winners will be given a discount of 2.5 percent on purchasing fuel. This special discount will be given to soldiers and their dependents on purchasing a single property. Whereas if the entire amount of the flat is deposited within one and a half to three months, a discount of six to three percent will be given.
