Essential Educational Qualification:
A degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory for all these positions, i.e., Senior Manager (E4), Deputy Manager (E5), General Manager (E6), and Senior General Manager (E7). This means the candidate must have studied Civil Engineering to understand work related to roads, bridges, tunnels, and other construction projects.
Essential Experience: 6 years of experience is required for Senior Manager (E4), 9 years for Deputy Manager (E5), 13 years for General Manager (E6), and 16 years for Senior General Manager (E7). This experience should be in projects related to roads, highways, bridges, or other major construction works, enabling the candidate to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of their respective position.
