Jeremy Clarkson has celebrated nearly a decade with his partner Lisa Hogan.

The former Top Gear presenter, 65, has been dating Lisa, 51, since 2016 and the couple frequently appear together on Amazon's BAFTA-winning series Clarkson's Farm, where she assists in running Diddly Squat and its shop.

The broadcaster shared a milestone moment on social media on Monday (December 8) with a selfie of the pair. Captioning the charming snap, he penned on Instagram: "Nine years! ! ! !"

The television personality was flooded with congratulatory messages from his famous friends, including WAG Lizzie Cundy, who commented: "Huge congrats," accompanied by multiple hand-clapping emojis.

Richard E. Grant also responded with an entire row of celebratory symbols. Fashion designer Amanda Wakey commented: "Lucky boy," whilst numerous fans of Jeremy's joined in the comments section, reports the Mirror.

Urging the couple to marry, one fan commented: "Put a wring on it. Women like this don't come along often! [red heart emoji]" whilst another added: "Time to put a ring on the lovely Lisa!" A third chimed in: "She is a beautiful lady all round and has a fierce Cheers to the diddly duo!".

Last year, Lisa disclosed she had chosen to take their relationship further with the father-of-three and seized the leap year opportunity on February 29 when women traditionally propose, later quipping that Jeremy was oblivious because he wasn't wearing his hearing aids. In an episode of Clarkson's Farm, Jeremy hints at a possible proposal as he told Lisa: "I've got a big surprise for you," while they stroll through a field.

"Is it a proposal?" Lisa enquired, filled with anticipation. The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host feigned deafness and revealed the surprise - a fallen willow tree revived. When pressed about the proposal, Jeremy responded: "I'll think about the proposal, OK? I'm not ready yet."

However, when questioned about the exchange in a recent interview, she said: "I just thought I might surprise him."

When asked if she had actually proposed, she told The Times: "Jeremy doesn't think I proposed, but he wasn't wearing his hearing aids, so no one will know."

The couple offer viewers an intimate glimpse into their relationship on Jeremy's Amazon series. In a recent episode, the former Top Gear host informs Lisa that he has no intention of joining her for a wild swim, despite her enthusiasm.

Rather than embracing his girlfriend's suggestion of a refreshing dip, the presenter instructs his partner to "get out" of the water and head to the pub.

As the former actress frolics in a pond, donning a white swimming cap, Jeremy asks her: "What are you doing?" Lisa responds: "Just loitering in cold water."

At this point, Jeremy questions why they aren't at the pub before suggesting they could return home and read a book together.

However, Lisa retorted: "Apparently because this is the best high you could ever get."

Noting Jeremy's hesitation, she urged him to be open-minded as he had never experienced cold water before. The host shot back: "I have been in cold water! I've done polar training - it was awful and trust me I've been drunk - and I've been in cold water - and being drunk is better."

Growing tired of watching her splash about, the presenter lost his patience and snapped at Lisa: "So let's go to the pub, get out! Come on, please, hurry up."

The former Top Gear host has been married twice before to Alexandra James and Frances Caine, with whom he shares children Emily, Finlo, and Katya.
