Scottish rock group Primal Scream have been accused of displaying "grossly antisemitic" imagery at a recent concert. The Community Security Trust (CST) said it had reported the Scottish group to police after a video was screened on stage on Monday which appeared to show the Star of David entwined with a swastika.
The image was allegedly shown as the band was performing their 2000 song Swastika Eyes during the one-off gig at the Roundhouse in Camden, London. The Roundhouse music venue has today apologised, saying they "deeply regret" that the "highly offensive" graphics were displayed, adding it was done entirely without their knowledge.
