John Abraham's healthy diet and daily exercise is the main reason behind this. John takes a completely vegetarian diet, due to which he finds himself fit and active even in old age. Protein Rich Cheela
John Abraham loves to eat protein cheela for breakfast. Different types of pulses and vegetables like spinach, soya, zucchini, broccoli etc. are used in chilla. John also consumes tofu for protein. Seasonal fruits are also included in the table. Along with pancakes, John also likes veg topping pizza.
Mixed vegetable made with less spices
Vegetables cooked in mild spices are also an important part of John Abraham's diet. Sometimes, some quantity of pulses are also used to make the vegetable more protein rich. Ladyfinger and zucchini vegetable is John Abraham's favourite.
Don't eat rotis made from wheat flour
In most Indian homes, wheat flour rotis are eaten but John Abraham likes to eat oats, millet or jowar rotis. He also uses sweet potatoes to enhance the taste of the roti. Also, he likes to eat brown rice instead of white rice. To keep his body fit, John does not eat carb-rich food in the evening.
