Actually, AIMIM party chief president Asaduddin Owaisi was campaigning for the candidates in the municipality elections. When the supporters moved towards the stage, the police lathicharged the AIMIM workers. According to the police, the crowd had gone out of control due to its large size. In such a situation, a stampede-like situation was created. The crowd wanted to go to the stage in large numbers. The police had to resort to mild lathicharge to stop them.

Some pictures of the rally have also surfaced, in which a large number of people are seen running. Some people fell on each other. In such a situation, it is feared that some people may also have been injured. At present, no statement has been issued by AIMIM or Mumbai Police regarding this.

However, in the videos that have surfaced so far, it can be seen that some AIMIM supporters who were present at the rally at that time clashed with each other. People were seen arguing with each other. Meanwhile, the police team resorted to lathi charge to bring the situation under control.

Discussions are going on in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections ranging from local to national issues. Meanwhile, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi had raised the issue of water tankers. In his public address, Owaisi, while talking about private water tankers, had said that tankers have become mafia here. If the public votes for AIMIM, they will stop the water supply to mafia houses.

Not only this, Owaisi claimed that private tanker owners have become mafia here. The water supply to the houses of those who deprived the public of water should be cut off.
