  • 2 big spoon butter
  • 2 green onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage cut up
  • 2 big spoon vegetable stock
  • 1 cup noodles
  • 2 big spoon cornflour
  • 2 Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 spoon black pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom
  • 1 Capsicum finely chopped

Step 1: Heating the Butter

  1. First of all, place a saucepan on the gas. Add butter in it and let it melt well on medium flame.

Step 2: Roasting Garlic and Green Onions

  1. Now add finely chopped garlic and green onion to the melted butter. Fry them till they become light golden and the aroma starts coming out.

Step 3: Adding Vegetables

  1. After this, add chopped carrots and cabbage in the saucepan. Fry the vegetables lightly on high flame for a few seconds.

Step 4: Adding Veg Stock

  1. Now add vegetable stock to it and let the soup cook till it boils. This prepares the base of the soup.

Step 5: Add spices and sauce

  1. After boiling, add vinegar, salt, black pepper, white pepper and green chili sauce to the soup. Mix everything well.

Step 6: Mixing the Noodles

  1. Now add boiled noodles to the soup and let it cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7: Add cornflour water to the soup

  1. Make a paste by dissolving cornflour in some water. Slowly add this paste to the soup and keep stirring continuously.

Step 8: Preparing to Serve

  1. When the soup becomes thick, turn off the gas. Pour the hot soup into bowls, garnish with basil leaves and add some butter and serve.
