If you have any important bank related work in the last week of January, then be alert from now on. The holidays and the proposed strike together have created such a calendar that bank branches across the country, including Bihar, may remain locked for four consecutive days.
In Bihar, operations in government and private banks are likely to be affected for four consecutive days from January 24 to January 27.
- January 24: Fourth Saturday of the month
- January 25: Sunday
- 26 January: Republic Day (National Holiday)
- January 27: Possible nationwide strike of bank employees
Due to these holidays and strikes, there is a possibility that transactions in bank branches will come to a complete halt.
