He held a long meeting with his workers in Ayodhya, after which he announced to contest the elections. Due to his announcement, the political temperature of the state is certain to rise. It is being said that this meeting at Vinay Katiyar’s place went on for hours in a closed room. There was discussion regarding the upcoming assembly elections. After the meeting, Vinay Katiyar, a key figure in the Ram Mandir movement, spoke to the media. During this he said, who said that we have no preparation. Complete preparations for the elections are going on. Will enter the battlefield at the right time. In fact, he made it clear regarding the upcoming elections that he can contest from Ayodhya in the upcoming assembly elections.
He said that Raj’s birthplace is his workplace. In such a situation, it is natural that the election call should also be made from here. He described his recent meeting with BJP state president Pankaj Chaudhary as a courtesy call. It was also made clear that there is constant communication with the organization and the workers. He claimed that the public also wants to see him in the election field. He is ready to challenge not once, but twice in the 2027 elections. After his statement, discussions have intensified in the politics of Ayodhya.
It is noteworthy that Vinay Katiyar has been away from politics for a long time. Has been a three-time Lok Sabha MP from Faizabad Lok Sabha seat. Along with this, he has also been a Rajya Sabha MP. However, he has been away from electoral politics for a long time.
