Tezzbuzz Desk- Today is the 59th birth anniversary of famous Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan. His fans are remembering him on social media and sharing glimpses of his work and life. On this occasion, Irrfan’s son and actor Babil Khan also made a special post remembering his father.
Babil has shared two pictures of his childhood and growing up with Irrfan on Instagram. In the first picture, both are seen lying on the bed, in which Babil has placed his legs on Irrfan’s back. Ordinary pillows and household items are visible around him in the photo. In the second picture, Irfan and Babil are standing face to face and this picture is after Babil has grown up.
Sharing these pictures, Babil wrote, “Your pictures. My pictures. (I used to say ‘sofa mode activated’ before jumping on them and falling asleep on their backs).” Through the caption, Babil shared the fun-filled moments and precious memories spent with his father.
Apart from this, Babil also re-shared the video made by a fan page. The video shows glimpses of Irrfan Khan’s memorable characters from different films. At the beginning of the video, Irfan says, “Hello brothers and sisters, Namaskar, I am Irfan. I may or may not be with you today…”
The video, accompanied by slow music, brings to life many of his film characters, highlighting the versatility and artistry of his acting.
Irrfan Khan was born on 7 January 1967. He started his film career with a small role in the 1998 film ‘Salaam Bombay’. In his career spanning three decades, he played many memorable films and characters.
But on 29 April 2020, at the age of only 53, Irrfan Khan said goodbye to the world. He was suffering from a serious disease like cancer. Today his loved ones and family are honoring him by remembering his work and memories.
