Difficulties seem to be increasing for Raj Thackeray after the alliance with Uddhav Thackeray. MNS is facing setbacks one after another. After leader Santosh Dhuri, now a large number of MNS officials and workers have joined Shiv Sena Shinde faction in Andheri East assembly constituency. Due to this, there is a possibility that MNS’s political hold in the area will weaken.

This big political stir in Andheri East assembly constituency has heated up the atmosphere of local politics. It is being told that hundreds of MNS officials and workers formally joined Shiv Sena Shinde faction.

On this occasion, Shiv Sena MLA from Andheri East assembly constituency Murji Patel was present and it was through his hands that all the leaders and workers joined the party.

At the local level, MNS was trying to show its organizational strength for a long time, but the recent developments have dealt a blow to the party. Many active faces of MNS in Andheri East are now seen with Shinde faction, which may affect the party’s strategy in the upcoming elections.

It is noteworthy that 4-5 days ago, MNS’s Andheri East Assembly Division President Rohan Sawant had joined Shiv Sena Shinde faction at the hands of Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Since then there were speculations that other leaders may follow him, which now seems to be proving true.

It is clear from this entire incident that Shinde faction is trying to strengthen its hold in Andheri East. At the same time, this is considered to be a time for introspection for MNS as to why the leaders and workers associated with the party are continuously switching to other parties. More big changes can be seen in the politics of Andheri in the coming days.
