Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar has given a big statement. He claimed that family differences have ended. It also said that the party workers now want to unite. In 2023, Ajit Pawar had defeated many MLAs of the party. After this, on 6 February 2024, the Election Commission considered Ajit Pawar faction as the real NCP. On the other hand, his uncle Sharad Pawar had to form a separate party named NCP (Sharad Pawar). Ajit Pawar faction got the clock symbol and Sharad Pawar faction got the trumpet election symbol. Now after almost two years, Ajit Pawar himself is giving indications of uniting the two groups.
In an interview with NDTV, Ajit Pawar said, ‘Workers of both the parties want to unite. Now both NCPs are together. All the tensions in our family have been resolved. Let us tell you that both the factions of NCP have decided to fight together in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation elections. An agreement has been reached between the two parties on the demand of the workers. On the other hand, MP Supriya Sule says that there has been no discussion on whether this alliance with Ajit Pawar will continue or not.
Let us tell you that Supriya Sule is the daughter of Sharad Pawar and is an MP from Baramati Lok Sabha seat of Maharashtra. In the 2024 elections, Ajit Pawar had fielded his wife Sunetra Pawar against sister Supriya. Although Sunetra lost the election. In response, Sharad Pawar had fielded his nephew Yugendra Pawar against Ajit Pawar in the assembly elections. Despite this, Ajit Pawar was successful in winning the elections.
According to NDTV report, Supriya Sule rejected the speculations which claimed that her party could join the Maha Aghadi alliance and Supriya Sule could be made a minister. He said, only people who are happy with such rumors spread them.

Recently, BJP had formed an alliance with Congress in Ambernath and with Owaisi’s party in Akot, so that Eknath Shinde’s party could be stopped.
