In a statement, Speaker Vijender Gupta said that “due to continuously disrupting the proceedings of the House and violating its discipline”, opposition members (AAP) Som Dutt, Jarnail Singh, Sanjeev Jha and Kuldeep Kumar are suspended from the House for the remaining period of the winter session. Jarnail Singh, Sanjeev Jha and Kuldeep Kumar had earlier been suspended from the winter session for three days for allegedly disrupting the proceedings.
After being suspended, Sanjeev Jha told the media, “The Speaker of the Assembly had asked to send the fake video made by Kapil Mishra to the Lab for testing. We told the Speaker of the Assembly not to share it until the video is tested and for this we were thrown out of the House. The government did not allow discussion on pollution, dirty water, deaths due to cold and poor law and order. Today it was to be discussed but the Speaker of the Assembly asked us to leave the House.” Thrown out of.”
