KGMU demands registration of FIR against Women Commission Vice President Aparna Yadav, says if action is not taken then OPD services will be stopped

Lucknow. The issue of King George’s Medical University (KGMU) uproar has gained momentum. The joint committee of KGMU has said that the functioning of Women’s Commission Vice-Chairperson Aparna Yadav tarnished the image of the government. The committee alleged that the miscreants accompanying Aparna Yadav misbehaved with the VC etc. Even after 72 hours, FIR is not registered, if FIR is not registered within 24 hours then OPD will be kept closed except emergency services.

Amidst the issue of Love Jihad and religious conversion in Lucknow’s famous King George Medical University (KGMU), Women’s Commission Vice Chairperson Aparna Yadav had made serious allegations against the university administration. Aparna Yadav told that she had gone to meet KGMU Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sonia Nityanand regarding Dr. Rameez’s case. Aparna Yadav alleged that the VC deliberately refused to meet her and tried to throw a chameleon/lizard on her.

‘Some people are being given exemption in KGMU’

He said that the Vishakha Committee constituted in Dr. Rameez case did not include the angle of conversion in the investigation. Aparna claimed that in KGMU, people of a particular religion are being given the freedom to misbehave.
