Material
Wheat flour: 2 cups
Salt: as per taste
Celery: half teaspoon
Lukewarm water: for kneading the dough
knead stiff dough
Mix flour, salt and celery in a bowl. Knead a stiff dough with the help of lukewarm water. Cover the dough and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Make balls and puris
Make small balls of dough and roll them in the shape of puri. Keep in mind that the puris should not be too thin.
use cooker
Add 1-2 glasses of water in the cooker. Place a stand inside it. Now take a plate which can easily fit inside the cooker. Wet the plate by applying a little oil so that the puris do not stick.
steamed
Place the puris on the plate and place it on the stand. Now close the lid of the cooker but remove the whistle. After this, let it cook in steam for 3-5 minutes on high flame. The steam will cause the puris to swell and get cooked. Now serve it.
