Bollywood box office report: The Lohri festive window delivered a mixed bag at the box office, with big-ticket titles continuing to draw crowds while smaller releases struggled to hold ground. Films like The Raja Saab and Dhurandhar have remained in active circulation, powered by star value, festive footfalls and sustained curiosity among audiences.

Leading the pack in terms of longevity, Dhurandhar continues its remarkable run. The big-scale entertainer with strong recall continued to dominate, while content-driven films like Ikkis struggled to convert critical interest into box office numbers. Now in its 40th day, the Ranveer Singh-led action drama shows no signs of slowing down. On its sixth Tuesday, the film collected Rs 2.50 crore, pushing its total domestic earnings to a staggering Rs 810.50 crore. Featuring an ensemble cast that includes Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Danish Pandor and Rakesh Bedi, the film has emerged as one of the biggest box office successes in recent times. Its steady weekday numbers underline strong word-of-mouth and repeat viewership.

Meanwhile, The Raja Saab, starring Prabhas and Sanjay Dutt, continues to maintain a respectable pace. On Day 5, which marked its first Tuesday in theatres, the fantasy horror comedy earned R 4.85 crore as per early estimates. With this, its total collection now stands at Rs 119.45 crore. While the film hasn’t matched the explosive starts of Prabhas’ earlier blockbusters, it has shown stability through the mid-week period, suggesting it could finish its first week on a solid note.

On the other end of the spectrum, Ikkis continues to face an uphill battle. The Dharmendra-starrer, directed by Sriram Raghavan, earned only around Rs 40 lakh on Day 13. Its total collection now stands at Rs 29.60 crore, failing to cross the Rs 30 crore mark even after nearly two weeks in theatres. The film recorded an average occupancy of just 16.04 percent, with night shows drawing relatively higher footfall.

Despite a strong cast that includes Agastya Nanda, Jaideep Ahlawat, Simar Bhatia, Vivaan Shah and Sikandar Kher, the period drama hasn’t found favour with a wider audience.
