The long wait of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) GD Constable candidates is finally over as SSC has declared the final result of the GD Constable examination. The result lists candidates selected for GD Constable posts after clearing all stages, from the computer-based test to medical checks. The Commission has also put the results of 84 candidates on hold following court orders. Candidates who took part in the recruitment process can check and download their final result from the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in.
The result document includes details such as State, Force, Area, Category, vacancies filled, cut-off details, cut-off marks, and candidates’ dates of birth.

After the physical tests, 95,575 candidates qualified for the medical examination stage, bringing them closer to final selection.
The CBT result was declared on June 17, 2025, while the PET/PST result was released on October 13, 2025. The final result now completes the recruitment cycle.

SSC GD constable vacancies across central armed forces
The SSC GD Constable 2025 recruitment drive aims to fill 53,690 vacancies across several central forces and organisations. These include:- BSF (Border Security Force)
- CISF (Central Industrial Security Force)
- CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force)

- ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police)

SSC GD CBT and PET/PST qualification stage
In the CBT stage, 3,94,121 candidates qualified to move ahead. This included 40,213 female candidates and 3,53,908 male candidates. These candidates became eligible for the PET and PST rounds.After the physical tests, 95,575 candidates qualified for the medical examination stage, bringing them closer to final selection.
SSC GD Exam 2025
The CBT examination was conducted between February 2 and February 25, 2025. The PET and PST rounds were held later, from August 20 to September 15, 2025.The CBT result was declared on June 17, 2025, while the PET/PST result was released on October 13, 2025. The final result now completes the recruitment cycle.
