Sidharth Malhotra‘s upcoming film ‘Vvan – Force of the Forest’ has been postponed once again. According to reports, the makers took this decision to avoid a clash with Akshay Kumar‘s horror-comedy ‘Bhooth Bangla’. Both films were initially scheduled to release in theatres on May 15, 2026.
The new release date for Vvan is currently being kept under wraps. However, the makers have given an update for the audience. The first look poster of the film will be released on January 16, 2026, which is also Sidharth Malhotra’s birthday. It is being said that Sidharth will be seen in a completely new and serious avatar in this film.

Vvan – Force of the Forest is a mythological folk thriller film, based on Indian folklore and the mysteries of the forest. Opposite Sidharth stars Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead role. The story revolves around a forest that Sidharth’s character is assigned and tasked with protecting.
The film is directed by Arunabh Kumar and Deepak Kumar Mishra, who have previously created popular series like Panchayat. The film is being produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures and TVF.
On the work front, Sidharth was recently seen in ‘Param Sundari’ alongside Janhvi Kapoor. Now, fans are eagerly awaiting the first look at Vvan, which will be released on his birthday.
