Jhansi. The court of Special Judge POCSO Act Mohammad Neyaz Ahmed Ansari has punished the accused with twenty years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1 lakh 1 thousand after the accused was found guilty of raping an innocent girl a year ago and threatening to kill her if she complained.

Special government advocate Vijay Singh Kushwaha said that on January 8, 2024, while filing a report in Moth police station, a victim had said that he works as a laborer in Gorakhpur and his wife and children live alone at home. When he returned home after working as a laborer from Gorakhpur, his ten year old daughter started crying. On enquiry, she told that she was at home, when on the occasion of Makar Sankranti, Pradeep alias Lala Khare, a resident of East Bamrauli village, lured her and took her to his home. Here they misbehaved with her and threatened to kill her if she complained. The police had registered a case against the accused and started searching for him. The police arrested the accused Pradeep alias Lala Khare and sent him to jail and filed a charge sheet in the court. During the hearing of the case today, if the charges were proved, the court has punished the accused Pradeep alias Lala with twenty years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1 lakh.

Two accused will be sentenced till the court rises.
Court ACJM Garautha has found Narendra Kumar, resident of the town, guilty under Section 4/25 Arms Act and has punished him with imprisonment till the hearing of the court and a fine of Rs 1,000. It is known that Garautha police station had arrested Narendra Kumar on the charge of possessing a pistol and sent him to jail. At the same time, the court ACJM Garautha, while betting on victory, has considered Krishna Kumar, resident of Naibasti locality of Poonch police station area, guilty and has punished him with imprisonment till the hearing of the court and a fine of fifty rupees.
