On Saturday, Jan Adhikar Party’s founding member and District Organization Minister Laxman Singh Maurya and former minister/MLA Duddhi Vijay Singh Gaur were paid tribute on behalf of Jan Adhikar Party at Ramlila Maidan, Robertsganj.
Addressing the tribute meeting, State Chief General Secretary of Jan Adhikar Party, Dr. Bhagirathi Singh Maurya said that Laxman Singh Maurya was one of the founding members of Jan Adhikar Party and has worked on various posts in the party. The party has suffered an irreparable loss due to the demise of social worker, soft-spoken, sociable Laxman Singh Maurya. He was counted among the close friends of party founder and MP Babu Singh Kushwaha and National President Shivkanya Kushwaha. He used to give first priority to the work of the party. Only following the path shown and shown by Laxman Singh to us party workers will be a true tribute to him.
In the sequence, Sumant Singh Maurya Mandal in-charge Varanasi and Aditya Maurya District President Sonbhadra said that former minister / MLA Duddhi Vijay Singh Gaur was the pride of Sonbhadra, he proved his mettle in Sonbhadra and created history by becoming MLA eight times, which is a record. He was the voice of tribals, Dalits and backward people. He fought the battle of Scheduled Castes till the Supreme Court, in which he also got success, which was praiseworthy Vijay Singh. Sonbhadra has suffered an irreparable loss due to Gaur’s demise.
The compensation for which is not possible in the future, we the people of Jan Adhikar Party will have to carry forward the struggles of Vijay Singh Gaur so that a smile can be seen on the lips of the last person of the society, this will be the true tribute to Vijay Singh Gaur.
In the tribute meeting, Kiran Kushwaha Mandal Incharge Women’s Cell, Shripati Vishwakarma District Incharge, Chandram Singh, Sabhapati Singh, Ramnarayan Prajapati, Sunil Maurya BDC, Krishnanand Maurya Pradhan, Baliram Maurya Pradhan, Ashish Maurya, Vijaymal Maurya, Anurudh Singh, Pradeep Chauhan, Kusum Maurya, Aarti Maurya, Manoj Maurya, Vinod Kumar Maurya, Rakesh Maurya, Many party officials and workers including Manoj Maurya, Sukhu Maurya, Santosh were present. The tribute meeting was presided over by District President Aditya Maurya and District General Secretary Ravi Ranjan Shakya.
