But sometimes due to health reasons, people do not like to eat Puri fried in oil and are forced to consume it with roti. But many times the mind is not controlled and people eat fried puris, due to which they have to suffer the consequences later. But now there is no need to panic. step 1 – First of all, take a bowl of flour and knead it. After kneading the dough, cover it with a clean cloth and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2 – Then make small balls of it and roll them completely.
Step 3 – Now take water in a pan and boil it. When it starts boiling, add the rolled puris one by one and after 2-3 minutes, take them out and keep them in a plate.
Step 4 – When all the puris have been cooked in water for 2-3 minutes, then place a plate with a strainer over the boiling water. Put 2-3 puris in it and then cover it and steam it.
Step 5 – Steam all the puris and keep them in a separate plate. Now heat the air fryer at 180 degrees and add puris to it and cook for 4 minutes. You will see that the puris will swell completely and become crispy. Then serve it with vegetables and enjoy.
