Huge lapse in operation… DGCA report exposes IndiGo! Tightened the noose on CEO-COO

DGCA's investigation report in Indigo case has come out. In this, it has been found that there was excessive optimization of operations and not enough backup for the crew and aircraft. There is also mention of the new FDTL rules not being implemented properly. DGCA has warned the CEO by taking strict action. Along with this, instructions have been given to warn the COO i.e. Accountable Manager and remove the SVP (OCC) from operational responsibilities.
