Terrorist Encounter Erupts in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar District

Jammu: A confrontation between security personnel and militants occurred in a secluded forest region of Kishtwar district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Sunday, according to officials.
The clash initiated during a cordon-and-search operation in the village of Sonnar, located near Mandral-Singhoora in the Chatroo area around midday, officials reported.
Additional reinforcements have been dispatched to the site, and more information is expected soon.
