EXIM Bank Recruitment: The Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) officially released the EXIM Bank Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 notification on January 17, 2026.  A total of 40 vacancies have been announced for the Management Trainee (Banking Operations) post under this recruitment. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official EXIM Bank website from January 17, 2026, to February 1, 2026.

Who can apply?
Candidates applying for the EXIM Bank Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 must possess a regular graduate degree. The candidate must have completed a 3-year graduation course with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

In addition, candidates who have completed an MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS in Finance, International Trade, or Foreign Trade with 60% or more marks are also eligible to apply. Chartered Accountant (CA) candidates who are members of ICAI are also eligible for this recruitment.

Eligibility for Final Year Students
Candidates who are appearing for their final examinations in January 2026 can also apply. However, they must submit proof of passing by June 1, 2026. Please note that degrees obtained through distance education, correspondence, or open learning are not valid. Only candidates who have pursued regular and full-time courses are eligible to apply for this recruitment.

Application Fee
The application fee is determined according to the candidate's category and must be paid online during the application process. The application fee is ₹600 for General and OBC category candidates, while it is ₹100 for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), PwBD, EWS, and female candidates.

How will the selection be made?
The EXIM Bank Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 examination will be subjective in nature, and there will be no sectional cut-offs. The final selection of candidates will be based on a written examination (70% weightage) and an interview (30% weightage). The written examination will be conducted in Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Guwahati, while the interview centers will be located in Mumbai and/or New Delhi.
