Delhi HC rejects Kuldeep Sengar’s bail plea in Unnao survivor’s father’s custodial death case

New Delhi: In a significant development in the Unnao rape case, the Delhi High Court on Monday rejected the bail plea of Kuldeep Sengar in connection with the custodial death of the rape survivor’s father. Justice Ravinder Dudeja pronounced the order, denying Sengar’s plea to suspend his 10-year sentence.
