Ultrahuman has announced a partnership with Click Therapeutics to develop Migraine PowerPlug, a new software-based migraine management feature for the Ultrahuman platform.

The tool is being positioned as the world’s first biomarker-driven migraine management solution built on FDA-authorized digital therapeutic technology. Migraine PowerPlug will integrate the proprietary technology behind Click Therapeutics’ prescription digital therapeutic CT-132 into Ultrahuman’s consumer wearable ecosystem.

According to the companies, Migraine PowerPlug is designed to provide migraine- insights and guided behavioral interventions using real-time biometric data. The aim is to deliver personalised, day-to-day support for people living with migraine, a chronic neurological condition that affects more than one billion people globally.

Migraine PowerPlug is based on Click Therapeutics’ CT-132, the first FDA-authorised digital treatment for the preventive treatment of migraine. Unlike general wellness tools that focus primarily on symptom tracking, the new feature is being developed using digital therapeutic principles, combining biometric monitoring with clinically validated behavioural interventions.

The partnership brings together Ultrahuman’s biomarker analytics — including sleep, heart rate variability (HRV), stress, recovery, movement, and hydration — with Click’s evidence-based migraine intervention framework. Users will be able to identify physiological patterns that may correlate with migraine risk, frequency, and severity, and receive structured guidance aimed at reducing migraine burden over time.

Focus on women’s health and everyday care

Migraine disproportionately affects women, who experience the condition at nearly three times the rate of men. It is also the leading cause of disability among women aged 15 to 49 globally. Ultrahuman said women’s health has been a core focus of its product roadmap, particularly following its acquisition of viO and OvuSense technology, which expanded its capabilities around hormonal and cycle-based insights.

The companies noted that hormonal fluctuations are closely linked to migraine patterns for many women, and continuous biometric monitoring may help users better understand how these changes influence migraine onset and intensity.

Migraine PowerPlug is being developed around a care model that extends beyond periodic clinical visits. Instead, it aims to support users continuously, using wearable data and guided interventions to address symptoms and triggers as they occur in daily life.

When is it arriving?

Migraine PowerPlug is expected to launch within the Ultrahuman app in early 2026, following a pilot phase. The feature is planned to be available in multiple regions, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, India, and Australia, subject to regulatory and geographic considerations.
