The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has released a recruitment notification for LDC Grade-II and Junior Assistant posts. A total of 10,644 posts will be filled through this recruitment. The application process is online, and candidates have to fill out the form on the official RSSB website. One-time registration is mandatory before applying.
To apply for this recruitment, candidates must have passed the CET exam. Along with this, candidates must have at least a 12th-grade pass certificate. Candidates should also have completed a computer course from a recognized institution. In addition, a basic working knowledge of the Hindi language and basic knowledge of Rajasthani culture are also considered essential.
The minimum age for applicants is 18 years and the maximum age is 40 years. However, according to Rajasthan government rules, SC, ST, OBC, and female candidates will be given an age relaxation of 5 to 10 years.
Candidates will be selected in two stages. The first stage will be a written examination, which will consist of two papers. The first paper will include questions on general knowledge, science, and mathematics, while the second paper will cover general Hindi and English. Both papers will be three hours long, and negative marking will be applicable in the examination.
Selected candidates will be paid a salary under Pay Matrix Level-5, which will be determined according to government rules. The application fee is Rs. 600 for General and Creamy Layer OBC categories, while a fee of Rs. 400 has been fixed for Non-Creamy Layer OBC, EWS, SC, and ST category candidates.
