According to a report, this San Francisco based company is preparing to launch its first AI device this year. Although the company has not yet shared any official or specific information about this device, but according to the news received, it could be an audio focused wearable device.
The AI hardware being developed by ChatGPT maker OpenAI will not be shipped this year i.e. in 2026 but may be shipped in early 2027. If you pay attention, it is being said that the company is working on three different gadgets.

According to a report by Axios, this AI giant will bring its first hardware to the world in the second half of this year. This information has come from Chris Lehane, Chief Global Officer of OpenAI. He told Axios that the company is on track to reveal its first AI hardware device later this year. However, he did not give any specific timeline as to when it might come out.
However, according to the news floating in the market, OpenAI-Jony Ive are working on three different AI devices under a collaboration. One of these is going to be an AI wearable, although the company’s CEO Sam Altman had denied this in the past, but the discussion about it is quite strong. The second device could be a tabletop device that will run entirely on voice commands and the third is said to be an AI pen. It is not right to speculate about the functionality and features of these devices at this time because all this is still in the manufacturing phase.
