RRB Group D Vacancy: There's a major update regarding the recruitment drive for 2000 RRB Group D posts in the Indian Railways. The Railway Recruitment Board has postponed the application process. Previously, applications were scheduled to begin on January 21st, but the process will now start on January 31st.
According to the revised schedule of the Railway Recruitment Board, the registration process will be open from January 31st to March 2nd, 11:59 PM. Online applications can be submitted on the official website rrb.gov.in.
Update your Aadhaar Card and Photo
The RRB has advised candidates to update their Aadhaar card details and photo before the application process begins. The name and date of birth on the Aadhaar card should match the 10th-grade certificate. The commission had previously stated in a notice that candidates are advised to verify their basic information with their Aadhaar card while filling out the online application. If the application is not verified with Aadhaar, it will lead to delays at every stage of the recruitment process due to additional verification checks.
Eligibility for RRB Group D
The eligibility criteria for the RRB Group D recruitment have not been clearly specified in the short notification. It is unclear whether the eligibility will require an ITI pass or a 10th-grade pass, and whether all 10th-grade pass candidates will be given an opportunity.
