Luke Littler celebrated his 19th birthday following his success at the Saudi Arabia Darts Masters. Littler defeated Michael van Gerwen 8-5 in the final to claim his inaugural title.
Speaking to ITV4, Littler said, “It didn’t work out last week in Bahrain, but I’m really glad to come over to Saudi Arabia for the first time and be the first winner.”
The two-time world champion has made a massive impact on the sport over the last few years. In addition to his world titles, he has won the Premier League, World Matchplay, World Grand Prix, Grand Slam (twice), the UK Open, the Players Championship Finals, and the World Series Finals.

“The Nuke” is eager for more silverware, specifically the World Masters, which takes place from January 28 to February 1. Last year, he reached the quarter-finals, but he is hoping to claim the title this year.
Littler decided to celebrate his victory and birthday with his girlfriend and family by flying to Dubai for a holiday and some shopping.
However, he remains focused on his return, stating:
“I think after the holiday, when I am back, I will definitely be practicing because it’s a title that I’ve not picked up yet, and I definitely want to go to Milton Keynes, and I want to become champion.”
