Amazon's Republic Day Sale ends tonight at 12 AM. But instead of treating this like a mad rush or a "last chance" situation, I looked at it more calmly this time. I checked these prices using a tracker to make sure they're actual discounts, not just inflated MRP cuts. That alone changes how the sale looks. A lot of phones carry sale tags even when they're selling at their usual prices. Filtering those out makes the list smaller, but also more honest. Phones Under ₹15,000 Where the Pricing Feels Fair In the budget segment, it's usually about battery life and basic reliability. The Motorola G57 Power 5G, currently at ₹13,929, stands out mostly because of its massive 7000mAh battery. If you just want a phone that lasts long and doesn't need constant charging, this one makes sense at this price. The realme Narzo 90x 5G at ₹12,749 falls into a similar bucket. Big battery, fast charging, high refresh rate display. Nothing flashy, but decent value if you're staying under ₹15,000. Mid-Range Phones Where Price History Actually Matters This is the segment where sales can be the most misleading. The Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, listed at ₹25,998 for the 256GB version, feels reasonably placed right now. It's not a crazy discount, but it's a sensible price for what you get, especially if you want something that'll age well. The OnePlus Nord CE5 at ₹24,499 is clearly aimed at people who care about battery life more than anything else. That 7100mAh battery is the headline here, and at this price, it checks out. Motorola's Edge 60 Fusion (₹23,167) and Edge 60 Stylus (₹19,450) are also worth a look if you want higher storage or just don't want the usual Samsung or OnePlus options. Upper Mid-Range Phones That Are Actually Priced Lower Than Usual This is where checking price history really pays off. The Google Pixel 9a (256GB) at ₹38,640 is one of those phones that quietly becomes more appealing once the price drops. If you like Pixel cameras and clean software, this price feels more reasonable than where it usually sits. The Samsung Galaxy S24 5G at ₹40,799 is another one that looks better once you see where it's been priced recently. It's still compact, still premium, and now a bit easier to justify. The Motorola Edge 60 Pro, priced at ₹37,750 for a 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant, stands out simply because you don't often see that much memory and storage at this level. Flagships If You Were Already Planning to Buy One At the top end, these prices won't suddenly change your mind if you weren't already interested. But if you were, they're worth noting. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus is listed at ₹69,900, while the Galaxy S25 FE comes in at ₹59,998, with a ₹5,000 coupon available. The OnePlus 13 (₹68,999) and Google Pixel 10 (₹68,950) and 10 Pro (₹99,999) are also priced lower than their usual levels, especially for higher storage variants. How I'd Look at These Prices If you already know which phone you want, checking whether the current price is actually lower than its recent average matters more than whether a sale banner is about to disappear. If you're still undecided, there's no real pressure to buy just because the sale ends tonight. But if one of these phones has been on your shortlist and the pricing lines up, this is a reasonable point to pull the trigger.
