Hala Mobility received the funding after making a pitch on entrepreneurial reality show Bharat Ke Super Founders, streamed on Amazon MX Player.

The company follows a FOCO (franchise-owned, company-operated) structure and manages EVs across procurement, operations and analytics, it said in a statement.

Mittersain, joint managing director and CEO of Nazara Technologies, said Hala Mobility is solving a critical infrastructure challenge in India’s burgeoning gig economy. "Their ability to integrate technology with a purpose-driven operational model is what sets them apart," he added.

The fresh capital will be used to scale up Hala Mobility’s fleet and widen operations. The startup plans to expand its fleet from about 3,000 vehicles to 9,000 vehicles, and broaden its footprint to nine cities. It also aims to scale revenues to Rs 92 crore in FY26, from around Rs 22 crore in FY25.

Commenting on her Investment, Gupta, CIO of Anikarth Ventures, said, “Hala Mobility represents the kind of climate-first infrastructure India truly needs. They are not just deploying EVs; they are building a financially disciplined, tech-enabled backbone for livelihoods at scale."

Hala Mobility said in a statement that it has supported over 25,000 drivers so far and aims to reduce fuel costs and emissions in India’s logistics sector by shifting to electric vehicles.
