Rajinikanth recalls CLASSMATES, praises former Chief Secretary Irai Anbu and ex-DGP Sylendra Babu at Alumi- Watch video

Superstar Rajinikanth reminisced fondly and spoke emotionally with the alum from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University , Coimbatore. Since he could not attend the meeting, a video was broadcast at the Anna Auditorium located on the university campus. About 100 alums from the university who studied from 1975 to 1979 were present. Rajinikanth said he was delighted to meet his old friends after many years; however, he wished to meet a classmate.

Rajinikanth celebrates alumni achievementsDuring the course of his speech, Rajinikanth glorified the extraordinary success stories of numerous alumni of the university. He remembered that a number of ex-students had gone on to be in charge of highly reputed positions and to play determining roles in society. Among them were former Chief Secretary Irai Anbu and ex-DGP of the state police, Sylendra Babu . Rajinikanth also stated that even his wife's relative had studied at that same university; this statement only amplified the reputation of that institution. He depicted the university as a place that has helped develop skilled leaders who have rendered their service to the state with pride.



Superstar actor praises Sylendra Babu and Irai AnbuThe superstar actor, however, chose to reserve his praises for the ex-DGP Sylendra Babu, describing his service to the Tamil Nadu Police as commendable and memorable. As for the ex-DGP Sylendra Babu, Rajinikanth also praised him for his exemplary courage, discipline, and fitness level, joking that they might even outmatch the cinema actors of the older generation. On the other hand, Rajinikanth also lavished praise on another veteran, ex-Chief Secretary Irai Anbu, saying he was a knowledge-laden, wise man. In Rajinikanth's opinion, Irai Anbu had an extraordinary grasp of almost any matter or subject and was an uncommon, dignified, and humble person in carrying out his administrative duties.

Rajinikanth reflects on the importance of friendshipRajinikanth concluded his speech with an emotional touch with regard to the significance of friendships in life. He stated that no matter how busy he is with his work, he makes it a point to meet all his friends at least once in a span of six months because staying away from friends would make life boring. He was also happy that his pals called him by his earlier name of ‘Shivaji,’ which made his roots be expressed because of friendship.
