A Gogglebox favourite had fans rallying round after posting a pregnancy update as she prepares to welcome her little one.

Helena Worthingtonbecame part of the Channel 4 programme in 2017 during series 10, appearing alongside the rest of the Worthington clan: her mum Alison and Alison's partner George. The trio quickly won over audiences and became household names.

Throughout the years, the Manchester-based family have left viewers in hysterics with their witty remarks and amusing reactions to television's biggest moments.

Beyond the show, talented artist Helena shares her life with partner Dan. She's already a devoted mum to six year old Irwin and is currently awaiting the arrival of her second bundle of joy.

On Thursday (January 22), Helena posted on Instagram with a sweet update about her pregnancy journey. The reality TV personality shared snaps of herself relaxing on her sofa alongside her cherished feline companion, reports OK!.

She captioned the images: "38 weeks pregnant and officially nap-trapped by the cat. Is this a universal cat rule?" Her loyal fanbase were quick to respond in the comments. One follower gushed: "Aw look at his cute white boots [sobbing face emoji]." Another wrote: "The best kind of naps."

This comes after Helena faced devastating news last month following the death of her treasured grandmother. Sharing a touching photograph of herself and her mum with her nan on Instagram, Helena wrote a heartfelt tribute.

"I'm not quite sure how to write this post. This week I reached 20k on here, which feels huge and something l'm incredibly grateful for. But it's also been a really rough week," she revealed.

Helena continued: "I lost my legendary nana, and because of that I won't be filming the last episode of Gogglebox this series. My nana played such a huge part in my life and loved me fiercely."

Away from Gogglebox, Helena is a talented artist working from Islington Mill, where she specialises in sculpture and painting.

Her creations have been showcased at esteemed locations including The Whitworth Art Gallery and The Manchester Open at Home, whilst her paintings have been acquired for numerous private collections.

During a frank conversation with ilovemanchester.com, Helena revealed details about her personal journey. Looking back at what ignited her artistic passion, she confessed: "When I was very little I used to draw on the walls and in my mum's cookbooks and then blame it on my brother... so I guess that was the start of things."
