PM Kisan Status: There's a big update for crores of farmers waiting for the 22nd installment of the PM Kisan Yojana. The next instalment of ₹2,000 may be credited to your account between February and March 2026. However, to avoid your name being removed from the list, check your e-KYC and status immediately.

PM Kisan Status: Farmers in India are now awaiting their next installment, the 22nd installment of the PM Kisan Yojana. After receiving the previous instalment on November 19, 2025, the next amount of ₹2,000 is expected to be credited to bank accounts between February and March 2026. However, the names of millions of farmers are also being removed from the list, so you should check your name again.

Caution! Your money may be stopped due to these mistakes.

The government is now removing ineligible people from this scheme. Previous records show that instalments of approximately 30 lakh people were stopped due to incomplete paperwork. If you have not completed your KYC or your land records are not updated, the 22nd instalment may be withheld.

How to do e-KYC yourself

You don't need to go to a cyber cafe; you can complete this process using your smartphone:

• First, open the official portal pmkisan.gov.in.
• Go to the Farmers Corner section on the right side of the homepage.
• Here you will find the e-KYC option; click on it.
• Enter your Aadhaar number. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP and submit. Once you see the "Successfully Submitted" message on the screen, your process will be complete.
• Check your name in the Beneficiary list on your phone in a few simple steps

Follow these steps to see the complete list of your village:

• Open the official PM Kisan website.
• Click on the Beneficiary List tab on the homepage.
• Fill in your area information (state, district, block, and village).

As soon as you press the report button, the names of the entire village will appear before you. How to check your personal status?

If you only want to check your information, go to ‘Know Your Status’ and enter your registration number. After entering the OTP, you will find out when your previous installments were received and whether you are eligible for the next installment.

When can the next PM Kisan installment be expected?

Based on government regulations and past trends, this installment could be received in the last week of February or by March 2026. PM Modi disbursed the previous installment to approximately 9 crore farmers from Coimbatore on November 19, 2025.  Since the next installment follows a four-month cycle after November, which completes in February, it is expected that the next installment of Rs. 2000 will be credited to farmers' accounts in February 2026. However, an official date has yet to be announced.
